?

The shopping centers are designed using cargo containers as the primary building material, which reduces the need for new construction materials and minimizes waste. Additionally, the centers may incorporate eco-friendly features such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and energy-efficient lighting to further minimize their environmental impact.

The shopping centers are designed as community hubs that house a variety of businesses and services, including retail outlets, a mobile health care unit, an African fast food chain, a beauty care center, audio-visual production studios, a connected coworking space, an online learning center, and more.

The project aims to foster economic growth, social development, and cultural preservation in the communities it serves by providing essential services, resources, and opportunities for local businesses and residents. The shopping centers also encourage community engagement through the International Humanitarian Development Program, which mobilizes the global African diaspora to support local initiatives.

There are several ways to get involved or support the project. The first centers’ll be available in 2025. You can stay informed about the project’s progress and share news and updates with your network. You can also participate in the International Humanitarian Development Program or consider investing in the project to help fund its development and expansion. For more information on how to get involved, please visit the Fractal African Shopping Centers website or contact the project team directly.
